By downloading and using the NeuroWave app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Nature of Service

NeuroWave provides binaural beats and brainwave frequencies designed for meditation, focus, and sleep. These are digital services provided for relaxation purposes only.

3. Premium Subscriptions

  • Access: Premium users get ad-free access to all exclusive frequencies.

  • User ID: Users must provide a valid App User ID for manual activation of premium features.

  • Payments: All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways (like Razorpay).

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Digital Goods: Since our products are digital and instantly accessible, all sales are final.

  • No Refund: No partial or full refunds will be issued once the transaction is successful and features are activated.

  • Failed Transactions: If money is deducted but the account is not upgraded, it will be refunded by the bank within 5-7 working days.

5. Medical Disclaimer

  • Non-Medical: NeuroWave is not a medical device or a substitute for professional medical advice.

  • Safety: Use of headphones is recommended for the best experience.

  • Restrictions: Do not use brainwave frequencies while driving, operating heavy machinery, or if you have a history of seizures/epilepsy.

6. Intellectual Property

All audio tracks, graphics, and app code are the property of NeuroWave. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the app without permission.

Due to the nature of digital products, once a premium subscription is activated or content is accessed, it is considered "used".
